DEED RESTRICTIONS
Deed Restrictions are available upon request. The following is a list of important standards:
Minimum Cabin Footprint- approximately 600 sq. ft.
Maximum Square Footage- approximately 1,800 sq. ft.
Maximum Height- 35' from existing grade
Each lot will be staked with a "building envelope" measuring approximately 60' x 40'. No live trees will be permitted to be removed which fall outside this envelope without the permission of the club.
Exterior Materials must be natural, with log or cedar lap siding preferred
Roofing Material- minimum 25-year shingle. Standing seam or cedar "shake" is preferred
Cabin Plans must be submitted for approval prior to construction. No clearing can take place until owner has delineated the "building envelope" with wooden stakes.
Each lot owner will be responsible for drilling their own well and installing an on lot sewage disposal system (per County Health Department specifications).
